How to schedule a repair:
Most repairs are done within the hour. You can call or text ahead of time indicating the package you will be requesting as well as any other information you feel will help us diagnose your console. If you do not receive a answer please leave a message or text so that one of us is able to get back to you. Once you have scheduled a repair, We provide you with a warranty number which you keep for any possible future repairs needed.
How does the repair process work?
All repairs are placed in a non static workplace. All tools are cleaned and organized prior to working on your console. Your console is then diagnosed and repaired accordingly. Most consoles are seated on a re ball machine to repair the common flashing lights on both Xbox 360 and PS3.
Will I lose my data/save games?
Absolutely not. We make sure to backup any data or game saves that are on the hard drive prior to working anything related to a hard drive wipe. It is best you keep the hard drive removed from the system prior to dropping it off. We do not need it for 90% of the repairs. If you do have a hard drive problem. Let us know.
What are your hours?
AeonKid understands that we all have to make a living and not all hours are beneficial so we have decided to make this a on-call repair service. Meaning you can get a repair at any reasonable time. Just give us a call!
